Bought two 55lb kettlebells. Sure not the standard metric 24kg, but a little heavier.
Really hard, felt like my whole right shoulder assembly hates me. That’s the kind of pain it is, the kind that makes me refer to my shoulder as an assembly. Of course, i had to try them out, not only at the store, but home as well.
