Tues: NOTHIN’! Had a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with meat, cheese, mushrooms, onions, mayonnaise & bbq sauce while walking around City Hall!
Wed: Hit Great Wolf Lodge, played in Water Park!
Thur: FOUND FITNESS CENTER! 20 Min treadmill! Nautilus’d my chest, back & arms!
Fri: ADDICTED TO FITNESS CENTER! 25 Min treadmill! Nautilus’d my back, chest & arms again! (almost could do the entire tricep rack!)
Sat: In Arlington, just outside DC, ANOTHER Fitness Center! 20 Min Elliptical! Dumbbell Incline Presses with varied angles! 4 Grip Pull Ups! Varied Grip Bicep Curls! Overhead Tricep Extensions! 4 Rounds Chest/Back, 3 Rounds Arms!
Sun: NOTHIN’! Drove Home! I’M POOPED!
